To ensure alignment of our operational standards and expectations all Business partners/suppliers are required to embrace and adhere to the below operational guidelines.

Legal and Ethical Standards - DressBoutique.com’s relationship and association with suppliers and manufacturers is built on a mutual respect for and adherence to the highest ethical standards and encompasses all legal requirements. We require all of our business partners/suppliers to observe international and national standards, as well as, laws and regulations while operating and running their daily business.

Employee Compensation- Our business partners/suppliers must comply with all laws regulating local compensation requirements in their country/location of operation. Work hour requirements should not exceed the locally mandated norm and should not infringe on the employees rights for time off.

Health & Safety- Our business partners/suppliers must comply with legal guidelines and mandates to ensure their employees are provided a safe and healthy work environment, and are not subject to unsanitary or hazardous conditions.

Child Labor - Our business partners/suppliers must not use or endorse child labor, defined as employees under the age of 16.

Discrimination - Our business partners/suppliers will not practice or endorse any form of discrimination or harassment in hiring and employment, based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, and ethnic or national origin.

Environmental Sustainability - Our business partners/suppliers must comply with local and internationally recognized environmental laws and best practices regarding environmental protection. All materials should be sourced in such a manner that respects the environment and local communities to avoid pollution and rising greenhouse gas emissions.
